Machine Description

The steel wire rope tip melting and cutting machine is primarily designed for the batch processing of various sealed steel wire ropes, locking steel wire ropes, sealing strip steel wire ropes, and similar materials in production industries. 

It automates the tasks of melting, cutting and sharpening steel wire ropes, addressing issues such as inconsistent manual processing quality, complicated processes, and the increasingly severe labor shortage. Additionally, it saves manpower, reduces multiple processing steps, lowering production costs and improving capacity— enabling one operator to oversee multiple machines simultaneously.  

This equipment is widely used in various industries, including medical devices, automotive parts, construction safety, office furniture, bicycles, sports equipment, and seal locks for automatic cutting steel wire ropes of different sizes. Featuring a high-precision touchscreen computer control system, the settings and adjustments for melting conditions are easier and  ensuring excellent cutting quality.

A. Material Requirements:  

   - The machine is designed for solid-core steel wire ropes (no internal cotton/fiber strands).  

B. Diameter Range:  

   - Standard processing range: 1–5 mm (requires changing clamping molds for different sizes).  

   - Larger diameters (beyond 5 mm) can be customized according to customer's requirement.

C. Cutting Length Adjustment:  

   - On the touchscreen, tap the "Total Length" field to open a numeric keypad for freely setting any desired length.  

D. Cutting Accuracy:  

   - Maximum error for 1-meter cuts: ±2 mm (Excludes feeding errors caused by resistance or wire jamming).
