No template tank head making machine
This hydraulic steel tank head pressing machine will press blank workpiece into flat-bottom end, dish end, oval shape end, etc, by using hydraulic oil cylinder and molds. During processing, the hydraulic oil cylinder can be fast moved in the track to adapt different tank end. The steel tank head pressing machine uses an accumulator and a pressure relay to jointly pressurize in order to reduce the energey consumption and can automatically unload after reaching the set pressure, and it can also automatically add pressure when the pressure is lower than set pressure. Through this method, it can save around 30% energy in comparison of the normal hydraulic system.
