Automatic Turntable Wire Feeding Flame Brazing Machine

Copper tube welding in air conditioner / referigerator / heat exchanger manufacturing usually adopts two welding methods: induction brazing  and flame brazing. For mass production, flame brazing should be used, as it is of high automation.

Each welding gun features a 200mm-stroke pneumatic cylinder for movement and a 5-10mm swing mechanism with detachable multi-nozzle connections.

Separately adjustable compressed air and water cooling systems, controlled by ball valves, cool workpieces for set durations.

Two independent gas circuits separately control the preheating and main heating systems.

Disc structure: High Efficiency & Continuous Production & Reduced Labor.

Manual Feeding/Unloading, all other operations are automatic.

Durable Turntable & Fixture: Made of 304 stainless steel/aluminum alloy, resistant to deformation under long-term high-temperature welding.
